The Centre is well known down through the years for their promotional events throughout the year. The main focal point of the year has always been the arrival of Santa and has been a major community driven event since arriving to Northside Shopping Centre in a helicopter in the 1980’s. He has since arrived by horse drawn cart, by bus, fire engine and the event has grown bigger and bigger each year. We have a great event planned each year and have included the Dublin Gospel Choir, marching pipe bands, Garda escorts, Blood Bikes East and Blood Bikes Dublin, and our very own local born and bred national television and radio celebrity Mr. Martin King, to name but a few.
